Some dishes take a lot of trial and error before they ever make it to your table.

Our original lasagna was 27 layers, weighed nearly 40 pounds, and took an hour and a half to bake. It was incredible… until it was cut, reheated, and lost the texture that made it special.

So we asked ourselves: How do we serve traditional lasagna in a restaurant without sacrificing quality?

The answer was Lasagna Rosettes.

Inspired by the rolled pasta tradition of Emilia-Romagna and brought into the spotlight by restaurants like Don Angie, each rosette is rolled by hand, nestled in marinara, and baked to order.

Meet Ryan Chandler, our Assistant Manager and Menu Artist. 🖌️

With 13 years in the hospitality industry, Ryan brings creativity, leadership, and a genuine passion for making guests feel welcome.

When asked what he enjoys most about working at Inman Social, Ryan said it’s the people. Even on the longest or most challenging days, being surrounded by a team he genuinely enjoys makes work fun.

His favorite menu items? He’s currently torn between the Seared Salmon and the Spring Pesto Pasta.

For Ryan, great hospitality means making every guest feel special and creating an experience they’ll remember long after they leave.

When he’s not at the restaurant, you’ll likely find him painting and putting his creativity to work in a different way. In fact, you can find some of Ryan’s artwork hanging right here inside Inman Social. ✨
