☀️RUST BELT RISING STAR ☀️

We’re over the moon to share that our very own Chef Ryan Beck has been named a 2025 Rust Belt Rising Star Chef, a huge honor recognizing the most exciting culinary talent in Cleveland, Detroit, and Pittsburgh.

Ryan built our kitchen from the ground up, from scratch-made baloney to pies and pop-ups, and this recognition just confirms what we’ve always known. Cleveland’s food scene is full of heart, DIY hustle, flavor, and we’re proud to be part of it.

Massive thanks to for shining a light on the Rust Belt and for showing love to our city.

Big congrats to the other Cleveland Rising Stars, Chef Liu Fang of Abundance, Vincent Morelli of Cent’s Pizza + Goods, Marie Artale of Patron Saint Cafe + Bar and Gabriela Holzer of Thyme Table.

We’re lucky to be cooking in such good company.
