GUINEE
A country rich in history, culture, music, and food. On October 2, 1958, Guinea became the first French colony in sub-Saharan Africa to choose immediate independence from France.

“We prefer poverty in freedom to riches in slavery.” Declared by Guinee first president Ahmed Sékou Touré.

Guinean cuisine brings families together around generous plates of rice, flavorful sauces, fish, meat, vegetables, and bold spices.😋😋

Grilled tilapia with sautéed vegetables. Serve with Attikié ( tiny grants of cassava) and a side of plantains. Add our spicy sauce or mild house sauce! 😋😋
