Brandon Chrostowski is heading back to Ukraine Oct. 5, joining an ambulance convoy before continuing his hands-on humanitarian work. His Sept. 30 fundraiser at EDWINS has already raised $18,000 toward a $25,000 goal.

EDWINS Leadership & Restaurant is built on the belief that everyone deserves a second chance.

As the #1 educator in American prisons, EDWINS has provided food safety, front-of-house, and hospitality education to more than 70,000 incarcerated individuals.

Founded by Chef Brandon Chrostowski, we provide formerly incarcerated individuals with six months of tuition-free culinary and hospitality training in fine dining, baking, butchery and the Oyster Bar. Along with the support needed to build a career and a life beyond the program with housing, daycare, a fitness center, farm and library.

We do not accept state or federal funding. This work is made possible through the dedication of our team and the generosity of individuals who believe in the mission.

Every meal, every hour volunteered, and every contribution helps create a path toward a better future.
