Perfect Puff, Every Time!

1. Always pipe on “just-crusted” icing - too dry, and the bottom layer will absorb too much moisture

2. Use a thick flood for details - loose flood will evaporate too much moisture

Bonus Tip: it’s better to complete 3-5 cookies at one time rather than flooding a whole batch and going back to add details

Follow these steps and you will never have to poke holes or add squiggles again!

Come spend a couple of cozy hours with me decorating the cutest fall cookies you ever did see! Whether you’ve decorated before or have never touched a piping bag, I’ll guide you step-by-step through each design, share some of my favorite tips and tricks I’ve learned over the years, and help you leave feeling confident in your new decorating skills.

And of course, you’ll head home with a box of adorable (and delicious!) cookies to show off

It may be 90 degrees outside, but it’s raining every day and that’s close enough to cozy for me! Starbucks PSLs are available, soup is officially on dinner rotation, and the flip flops are getting switched out for UGGs very soon
