House-made Short Rib Ravioli at Root & Branch, paired with a sauce built from scratch with roasted butternut squash, shallots, garlic, brandy and heavy cream.

Each ravioli is plated by hand, covered in that silky squash cream sauce, and finished with demi and freshly grated cheese.
