The Peach and Prosciutto
We start with Garlic Oil, and layer on Prosciutto. Dollops of Ricotta, cubes of Fresh Mozzarella and a sprinkling of Asiago, for a salty funky bite. Pairing perfectly with Fresh White Peach, we finish with Basil and a drizzle of Hot Honey Balsamic for some heat and sweetness!
