The Peach and Prosciutto

We start with Garlic Oil, and layer on Prosciutto. Dollops of Ricotta, cubes of Fresh Mozzarella and a sprinkling of Asiago, for a salty funky bite. Pairing perfectly with Fresh White Peach, we finish with Basil and a drizzle of Hot Honey Balsamic for some heat and sweetness!

March is here.. ‘The Greek’

Grilled chicken seasoned with sweet peppers and house vinaigrette, sprinkled with some shredded mozzarella then baked until golden and bubbly.
