Dine by Design is a full service catering company located near Winston Salem that specializes in weddings, corporate catering and social events. Our specialty is helping you create a fantastic event by getting our part right and letting the event happen. We have catered special events from large elaborate weddings to simple grab and go corporate catered luncheons. Our focus is on the freshest ingr

edients, creativity and the ability to customize a menu to fit your specific style, need and budget. Our culinary team constantly pushes the creative envelope in food presentation, décor and design. Dine by Design is a full service catering company that offers the latest in culinary trends. We pride ourselves in providing you with the freshest ingredients, creativity and the ability to customize a menu to fit your specific style, needs or budget. Our produce and herbs are the freshest around and if they aren’t grown in our own garden, we find the freshest available. While the menu is our major focus for your event, we can also help you choose and arrange the perfect venue, linens, china and flowers to provide an exquisite blend of simplicity and elegance. We’ve been catering for almost 15 years and understand that what separate Dine by Design from other catering operations is our unmatched attention to detail and the ability to identify potential event issues before they occur. Owner, Lori Harvey

Lori Harvey, owner and chef of Dine by Design Catering was first inspired to follow her dream of becoming a professional chef while attending college at San Diego State University. She started catering events for friends, catered holiday parties and a corporate luncheon or two. After graduating with marketing and management degrees, she grew her catering business and catered parties up to 300 guests. She spent most of the early years as a personal chef, but knew that her talents and organizational skills could be put to use catering corporate events, parties and even elaborate catered weddings. In 2003, Harvey’s husband Dave retired from the Navy and joined her full time in the business. Dine by Design has developed a reputation for delivering with friendly, reliable and tasty service.
