Times have changed. Back in 1982, when we first opened our doors, word-of-mouth was our most valued form of advertisement. While we prioritize tradition, we can’t deny that the world is different now— today, the internet has a huge impact on small businesses, including ours. No matter how valued and appreciated word-of-mouth was & still is, we now live in a world where internet reviews are valuable; they can make or break a business. Often times nowadays, Google is the reason that folks, both near and far, discover that we exist!
