🥹 Wow… what an honor! I just wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU to everyone who nominated me for Best Chef (under people category) and Best Caterer (under food category) of Johnson County! Your support means the world to me.

I’ve put together an album of some of my favorite dishes and events over the years — each one a little piece of my heart, served on a plate. From intimate dinners to big celebrations, I’ve loved every minute of creating food that brings people together.

If I’ve ever had the chance to cook for you — whether it was at your wedding, holiday party, or in your own kitchen — I hope you felt the love I poured into every bite.

I made two cheese and fruit boards for a client today.

It includes imported Switzerland Swiss cheese, artisan imported brie, Muenster, artisan aged white cheddar, Postoak smoked Gouda, jalapeño jack cheese, Postoak smoked cheddar, Postoak smoked Havarti, Don Juan six months aged Manchego, satori classic Parmesan, Hoffman‘s supersharp cheddar plus three different types of grapes and four different types of dried fruit. French marmalade and Mike’s hot honey too!

Our taco bar set-up with pork carnitas that was roasted for 16 hours, lime chicken and carne asada plus charro beans and everybody’s favorite elote!

I got to cater the banquet for the Alpha Gamma Chapter of the Delta Kappa Gamma Society International for the 2nd year in a row! It was a lovely night! Thank you ladies!!! Always a pleasure :)))
