We make all of our ice cream in small batches right here in the store! This means each scoop of ice cream is carefully crafted for maximum flavor in every bite. We offer up to 24 different flavors at any time to choose from and serve ice cream, Italian ice, and alcohol-infused ice cream (for those 21 and older).

Our building is for sale! There are not any lease options, commercial sale only. Fixtures and equipment are negotiable...

It’s our last week of making ice cream at the shop! Stop by before the end of the year to get your last scoop of Gelati’s. We’ve been so blessed in Cleburne and will miss you all. Closed today for Christmas but we’ll be open regular hours to finish out the week.
