Introducing The Smoke Drop. 🔥

We regularly get requests for smaller BBQ catering orders. Until now, we’ve often had to say no because the orders were too small for our normal catering minimums.

Well, we’ve finally solved for that. 🙌

Our new monthly Smoke Drop lets you order your favorite meats in smaller quantities, ready to enjoy hot or save for later. Perfect for a small gathering, an easy family dinner, or stocking the freezer with some real BBQ.

And let’s be honest… meal prepping with slow-smoked meats is next level. 😂🔥 A little brisket, pulled pork, or ribs ready to reheat can transform an ordinary weeknight meal.

For our soft launch, we’re starting with:

🐷 St. Louis Style Ribs
🥩 Sliced Brisket
🔥 Pulled Pork

Order by Thursday, September 10 at NOON.

Today is the last day game of the regular season for Clearwater Threshers … and the last chance of the season to grab some on Rob Day at BayCare Ballpark while you’re taking in the game. ⚾🔥

It’s been another great season feeding baseball fans in Clearwater. Thanks to everyone who grabbed some of at the ballpark this year. 🙌 Looking forward to getting started again for Phillies Spring Training in 2027.

Every once in a while you’ve gotta stop slicing briskets and put a whole damn pig on the smoker. 🐷🔥

We recently had the chance to cook this whole hog for a catered event, and it was the perfect excuse to put our Meadow Creek Barbecue Supply pit to work. Our big 1,000-gallon smoker is still the workhorse around here, but this pit gives us another option for special cooks and smaller batches.

And I’m not gonna lie… there’s just something pretty awesome about opening the smoker and seeing a whole hog staring back at you.

Whole-hog cooks take some time, a lot of fire management, and maybe a little bit of talking to the pig when nobody’s listening. But when it all comes together, it’s hard to beat.

Planning a luau, wedding, company party, backyard blowout or anything else that calls for a ridiculous amount of BBQ? Yep, we can do this for you too.

Whole hog. Brisket. Ribs. Pulled pork. All the fixins.

You bring the people. We’ll bring the smoke. 🔥
