Happy Birthday to the woman who keeps Backwaters Sand Key running like a well-oiled machine! 🥳💛

Our General Manager, Crystal, celebrates her birthday this Sunday, but the morning crew couldn’t wait to celebrate her a little early!

Crystal is truly one of a kind. She works harder than just about anyone, leads by example, always has her team’s back, and somehow manages to keep us all in line while still making Backwaters feel like family. We are so lucky to have a boss who cares as much as she does — about her team, our guests, and this place.

There aren’t enough words to say how much we appreciate everything you do, Crystal. Backwaters simply wouldn’t be Backwaters without you. We love you and hope you have the BEST birthday! ❤️
