Savory, garlicky, herby goodness that is PERFECT toasted with butter, alongside a bowl of soup, with pasta, or turned into one seriously good grilled cheese. 🤤

⚠️ IMPORTANT SEPTEMBER HEADS UP!

Proof Bakehouse will be CLOSED September 19th & September 26th for family events — and there will be NO PRE-ORDERS those two weeks either.

So if you’re a weekly sourdough person, THIS is your week to grab a few extra loaves and stock that freezer! 🙌

❄️🍞 SOURDOUGH FREEZER TIP:
Slice your loaf before freezing and put a little piece of wax or parchment paper between the slices. Freeze the loaf, then whenever you want fresh sourdough, just pull out a slice or two and toast them up!

No thawing an entire loaf. No slices frozen together. Just sourdough whenever the craving hits. 🙌

Basically, we’re giving you permission to order two… three… maybe four loaves this week. 😂
