Today marks the end of a chapter that has meant so much to our family.
We have officially closed our doors at The Station. While this is one of the hardest decisions we’ve ever had to make, it became necessary so Anthony can focus on what matters most—his health and recovery.
Many of you have watched The Sauceinator grow from a dream into something truly special. You supported us through every meal, every bottle of sauce, every event, and every milestone. Because of you, we built more than a business—we built a family.
As many of you know, Anthony suffered multiple traumatic brain injuries after a devastating four-car accident in November 2024. Since then, he has endured countless doctor appointments, treatments, therapies, and difficult days. His recovery is far from over, and this next chapter will be dedicated to helping him heal.
We ask that you please continue to keep Anthony, our family, and The Sauceinator in your prayers. Your prayers have carried us through some of our darkest moments, and we believe they will continue to strengthen us in the days ahead.
If you are able, we would be incredibly grateful if you would consider contributing to our GoFundMe to help with Anthony’s ongoing medical expenses, treatments, and recovery. Every donation—no matter the amount—helps ease the financial burden and allows us to focus on what truly matters: getting Anthony healthy again. If you’re unable to give, simply sharing our fundraiser and keeping us in your prayers means the world to us.
This is not goodbye.
This is simply the closing of one chapter and the beginning of another. We believe God isn’t finished writing our story, and we trust that greater things are still ahead. The Sauceinator will be back, stronger than ever, and we can’t wait to share what the future holds.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for believing in us, supporting us, praying for us, and becoming part of our family.
We love you all.
❤️🙏 With love,
The Sauceinator Family
