â Employee Spotlight: Donna Fisher â
This month, weâre shining the spotlight on one of our amazing team members, Donna Fisher!
Donna has been part of the South Main Market family for almost 11 months, and we honestly couldnât imagine our team without her. Her favorite part of the job? The customers and her coworkersâwhich says a lot about the kind of person she is.
If you ask Donna what sheâs ordering, sheâs going with our Italian Sandwich (hot and toasted, of course!), a Raspberry Croissant from the bakery case, and a White Chocolate Salted Caramel Frappe to drink.
Our General Manager says it best:
âDonna is the definition of a team player. No matter the department, sheâs always willing to jump in and help wherever sheâs needed. She consistently puts others before herself, works hard without complaint, and brings a positive attitude to every shift. Beyond being an exceptional employee, sheâs also an incredible mama who balances it all with grace and dedication. We are truly lucky to have her on our team.â
