Yesterday, was a whirlwind, but in case you missed the news, we are thrilled to finally be able to announce the next chapter for our beloved restaurants with our new owner, Susan Barrett. It has been months in the making. We all took some time to reflect during the pandemic, and we could not be more excited for the future of Bar Les Frères, I Fratellini and a future project in the Billie-Jean space. Since Billie-Jean is an homage to Zoe’s parents, we will keep that sacred and will reopen with a similar, but different concept.
Susan will first and foremost preserve what you know and love about our restaurants, but we are so excited to see her design vision come to life. Thank you all for your patience as we navigated the last two years of hardships. Our restaurants are here to stay! Read more from St. Louis Magazine.
Zoë Robinson recently sold the popular Clayton restaurants to art consultant and gallerist Susan Barrett, who plans to work with an as-yet-unnamed operator.
