We wanted to take a moment to say how incredible you all are! Despite the fact that we haven't posted any new content in the past year and a half, our page continues to attract new followers, and we continue to receive emails from our loyal customers who miss our cafe dearly.

We know that this kind of engagement is rare and special, and we want to take advantage of it. We are reaching out to you today to ask for your proposals on how we can continue to engage with this amazing community. Would you like to share gluten-free recipes or tips on the page? 😥 Due to supply chain issues, the recipe book release has been delayed. We were supposed to be receiving them tomorrow. However, the books are being shipped to us tomorrow. We will let everyone know when they have arrived. 😥

We will ship out ASAP after we get them and they will be coming USPS Priority Mail. 😁

Starting Monday, December 6th, you will be able to pre-order the NEW DAY RECIPE BOOK!!

To place an order for shipping or pickup, please call Urzi's Italian Market at 314-645-3914. (They also carry all the flours you will need, GF free pasta, & GF pizza crusts.)

Recipe book cost is $24.99. Shipping cost for recipe book is $9 per book (USPS priority mail). Ordering additional books and/or items, will change shipping costs. Payment is required at the time of order.

Recipe Books will be available on or before December 14th.

Good News & Bad News...

We were hoping to announce tonight that the book would be available this weekend. However,

Bad News: There was an issue with the printing company and we had to switch companies delaying the release of the book 😞

Good News: The recipe book will be available by December 14th!!! 😃 🥳🎉

🥨 Pretzels 🥨

Here is the Pretzel Recipe we used for the Zoo. We got it from the Authentic Foods Website.

There are several things to note:

1. This uses Steve's GF Bread Flour Blend. You can order it off their website or Amazon.
2. We used butter instead of coconut oil as we were tree nut free. They way they have it listed makes it vegan.
3. We did NOT do the baking soda bath. We sold the pretzels to the zoo frozen. They also did NOT do the baking soda bath.
