To celebrate our one-month anniversary, we’re doing something huge: our BRAND NEW MENU officially drops today! ✨
Whether you're a local regular, just waking up, or heading into town for Bassmaster weekend we welcome you to the river! 🎣), come grab a skiff and see what we’ve been cooking up. We’ve kept the cozy diner vibes you love and added some incredible new flavors.

We’ve got a brand-new addition to The Kove! Huge shoutout and big thanks to the boss lady herself, Shannon Donato, for allowing us to pick up this gorgeous new host stand at Bad Apple Downtown. It looks fantastic out front!
When you swing by today, make sure to stop at the new host stand to check in with our hostess before heading to your table.
And don’t forget!!! TODAY IS FISH FRY FRIDAY! 🍽️
We’re serving up fresh, made-to-order golden fish fry paired with your choice of hot fries, creamy mac-n-cheese, or a fresh side salad. Paired with a lemonade, a fresh-brewed coffee or a cold Coke product, there’s no better way to kick off an awesome weekend.

THE M O M E N T IS A L M O S T H E R E ! 🌊🍽️

Tomorrow morning at 6:00 AM sharp, the doors to The Kove are officially opening! We are absolutely thrilled, and incredibly excited to welcome you all in.
To give you a little taste of what’s to come, here is a first look at our opening menu! 👇🏾

We’ve made sure to keep your absolute Staples ready to go, but we’ve also invited a couple of "new friends" to the table that we think you’re going to love (Croghan Cheddar Omelet with River Rat Cheese, anyone? Or maybe a Yacht Club sandwich for lunch?).

✨ Please keep in mind: This is just the beginning! This is our opening menu designed to let our amazing kitchen crew get their river legs. As we get more comfortable and find our groove, this menu will grow, and more and more of your old favorites will be making their way back into the lineup!

Because tomorrow is Day One, all we ask is that you bring your appetite and show a little patience and grace with our team as we navigate the morning rush. We are working hard to make everything perfect for you! 🫶🏾

It is officially happening. The wait is OVER!

This Friday at 6:00 AM sharp, the doors to The Kove are finally flying open! 🚪✨

Today, we officially got our very first part of our food order in. Our incredible crew is on-site right now, prepping, organizing, and laying down the concrete foundation for what we promise will continue to be a true community staple for years to come.

We have poured our hearts, souls, and endless hours into bringing this space to life for you. Now, it’s time to bring it home.
