We’re thrilled to unveil Regatta’s Executive Chef, Christian Ives.

Chef is getting some of his old band back together and will be joined by a team of familiar faces from his time at the Saint Lawrence Spirits Chateau, and Christian and the Coyote’s Tacos n Tings.

Those of you familiar with Christian’s work will recognize some of the dishes, flavors, and styles he brings to the table - literally.

We are incredibly grateful that this crew has chosen to be a part of Regatta, and couldn’t be more excited to have them leading the kitchen.

Let’s get things rolling!

Regatta is targeting its official public opening for October 2, 2026.

Our launch will be preceded by a soft opening, and a special event that we can’t wait to share more details about!

We will not be taking reservations at this time. Reservations will become available once we are 100% confident in our opening timeline. Thank you for your understanding.

More details including our concept, planned hours, and some menu teasers will be released over the coming days and weeks.

Have you missed us?

We’ve been a little quiet lately, but not for lack of progress.

While we work through the final administrative steps and approvals needed to open our doors, we’ve been hard at work transforming Regatta behind the scenes. Today, we’re excited to share one of our biggest projects yet.

Our former sports court has been transformed into a brand new waterfront patio, complete with restaurant-exclusive docks, and three fire & conversation pits designed for gathering with friends over cocktails before dinner, post-dinner coffee and dessert, or enjoying one more drink as the sun sets over the river.

This space has always had incredible potential, and bringing it to life has us even more excited for what’s ahead. It needs a few final touches, including fire place caps, propane hookups, and some landscaping, but we couldn’t help ourselves from sharing the progress!

We’re continuing to build our staff and are currently targeting a late summer to early fall opening. We are still hiring for both front of house and back of house positions. Reach out via messenger to join our team!

We are HIRING!

Regatta on French Bay is preparing to open for its debut season, and is seeking employees for both front of house and back of house positions.

Available Roles Include:
- Kitchen Manager
- Line Cooks
- Bartenders
- Servers
- Hosts

Experience is preferred, but not required.

Regatta aims to create a professional and fun atmosphere for its guests and employees, while providing opportunities for upwards mobility within the company when available.
