Erin has been with us full-time for two years, after starting with us part-time—and she’s truly become one of those people we can always count on. Need a shift covered? Erin’s there. 🏃‍♀️ Need a last-minute grocery store run? She’s on it. 🛒 Need an extra set of hands? She’s always willing to jump in and help!

She’s one of the faces you’ll see most often around Jack’s, and we’re so lucky to have her as part of our little Jack’s family.

A while back a good friend (who we’ll just call Kevin) said “Hey Jack. I love your place , love your cooking. But we gotta do something about these rolls! They’re fresh. But they’re just “eh”.”
