We will be closed for Labor Day to give our employees the day off

Good news is we’ll be open for regular hours Tuesday to kick off our new Tuesday specials! People who have followed Chef throughout the years have been asking him to bring back his dorado style tacos at Red & The Wolf. If you didn’t know, Chef originally started experimenting with Asian flavor profiles when he opened a taco restaurant in Clarkston in 2016.

Dorado meaning ‘gilded’ or ‘golden’, in this case referring to the half crispy corn shell layered with melted cheese & a soft corn shell top. A technique he picked up in the mission district of San Francisco.

The menu will be changing regularly but to kick us off we have:
