We had so much fun we’re doing it again! Come enjoy a graze for lunch tomorrow at the Catfé Lounge in Ferndale! We will be serving an assortment of cheese, cured meats, and accoutrements and our signature rosemary & thyme roasted nuts! Our first event back was the affirmation I needed to know this is where I belong! The world needs The Grazing Hour as much as we need the world 🧀

A huge thank you to everyone at the Catfé Lounge for welcoming us into their event and their kitchen! We are very much looking forward to this new partnership, and can’t wait to be fully up and running in this new space!

Also thankful for Keslyn Laurel Photo, LLC || METRO DETROIT✨ and Reel Visions | Photography | Video | Editor | Content Creation for helping with photos and being my sous chef on the line!

And my mom for being my biggest cheerleader 💛

To each and every one of you for all of your words of support and love, every one of them has helped push me along in this journey!

Tonight is the night! The soft re-launch of The Grazing Hour at the Catfé Lounge for Comedy with Cats! We will have personal sized charcuterie and our signature rosemary & thyme roasted nuts available in limited quantities, and a portion of our proceeds will go right back to the shelter to help sweeties like our Beau 🫶

You’ve got a little taste of everything, no meat? No problem! We will have a meatless option available as well, and our signature roasted rosemary & thyme nuts alone if you just need a snack 🥜

🚨The Grazing Hour has officially closed its doors🚨

As most of you know, we went on hold in September to sort out issues with licensing/kitchen space. That time off gave us pause to really think about what we wanted the rest of our life to look like and we realized owning a charcuterie business wasn’t it! THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts for the past 3 years, for being a part of this community we’ve grown and thrived in. Bringing charcuterie to your events and lives has been a true honor and I wouldn’t change a thing about it! As for us, we are very excited for this next chapter in our lives 😊

For now, we plan to stick around here and maybe even share some of our new food adventures we’ve been up to. If you have any questions about charcuterie or need some guidance for making your own boards for your events PLEASE reach out, I would love nothing more than to help you all do it yourselves! If you’re a local charcuterie business that wants to learn more about licensing and how to legitimately run a charcuterie biz in MI please reach out too, I’d love to share what I’ve learned😉
