Are you tired of seeing pictures of our food truck? Maybe we've put enough burgers in your feed for a little while? Well we're not tired of sharing that stuff and probably aren't going to stop. But for now, let us remind you that we were founded as a private chef company that is happy to "take you higher" if you know what we mean. And no matter how we expand our business, we aren't going to stray from what got us here. We love to cook no matter the venue or occasion!

Here's some delicious southwestern chicken and bean chowder we made for a dinner earlier this month and yes some of these bowls did indeed have some extra herb in them. Did you know you can get our shirts for yourself? If you want to support a couple of small businesses, get asked where you got that fun shirt, and possibly be told you have to cover it up (that has happened; not everyone is as cool as we are) we have you covered. Designed by a real human (Kira) and screen printed right here in the Hudson Valley by another real human (Corinne at CMC Custom Creations ), they can have you looking just as good as we do. And if you care about things like this, they are made of 60% recycled cotton and 40% recycled polyester. Shirts are available in unisex sizes XS-XL and are $25. Hit us up next time you see us out and about or send us a message to grab yours!

Thank you to everyone who came out and saw us today (and all the other days too)! We sold out of almost everything and ended up shutting down a few minutes early because we had basically nothing left to sell. We're taking this coming weekend off but we'll be back at it soon, so if you missed us, or if you can't get enough, your next chance will be coming right up. Enjoy the rest of the weekend, friends!

Looking for something to do this Saturday? The weather is forecasted to be gorgeous and we've got your plans covered! Come down to Copake Falls and work up an appetite to eat and shop, whether it's hiking on the Rail Trail or around Bash Bish Falls, or swimming at the Ore Bed inside Taconic State Park, then come see us. We'll be serving up all your favorites at Roxann Astra Slate 's gallery from 11-3, located at 244 Route 344, right near the Rail Trail parking lot, so eat some delicious food, shop her beautiful glass jewelry, and leave knowing you got the best of summer in upstate NY one more time before it slips by us once again.

The people have spoken! Whether it's our delicious wagyu smashburgers, our crispy and creamy potato waffles, or anything else we have on our mobile kitchen menu, we've been met with nothing but positive reviews since we launched. We're so appreciative of everyone who came out and supported us, and if you haven't tried it out yet, what are you waiting for? This weekend, we'll be set up in Ghent on Saturday and Copake Falls on Sunday, so you've got two chances coming right up. Be sure to keep following along for updates as we post our location on our story every day we are out there. We can't wait to see you!

This Saturday! Come see us at Hawthorne Valley for their summer Roots & Relics Market. We'll be set up from 10 AM to 4 PM serving up some delicious food from our mobile kitchen, featuring lots of great stuff from the Hawthorne Valley Farm itself.
Our menu for this event will be:
Smashburgers with HV beef, buns, lettuce and tomato (cheese optional)
Hot dogs (choose beef or vegan dogs) on HV buns
Southwest corn and black bean salad
Potato waffles
Dark chocolate brownies (choose GF/vegan or original recipe)

Allow us to introduce our latest creation... The potato waffle!
Is it a waffle, is it a potato? Yes!
It's crispy on the outside like a waffle but inside it's creamy just like mashed potatoes. Trust us, it's just what you needed, even if you didn't know it. Whether you go plain, more traditional with some ketchup, or get a little adventurous and try out our maple buffalo syrup, you really can't go wrong. Oh and did we mention, they are gluten free?
Come see us this Saturday at Hawthorne Valley where we'll be set up from 10-4 and get your hands on one of these before we sell out!

Last night, we celebrated the grand opening of our mobile kitchen, doing a soft launch event for some family and friends. We couldn't have asked for better weather or better people to celebrate with!

We're doing our first public event this coming weekend, and we already have others lined up, so stay tuned for updates on where and when to find us. We can't wait to serve you some food!

It's official! We passed our health department inspection this week, we are ready to get out there, and almost a year's worth of work has come to fruition. Stay tuned for updates on where and when you can find us.

It's another round of "Clint Cooks Dinner in a Tiny Hotel Room Kitchen!" Every time we go away, we do our best to find a functional kitchen and cook at least one meal. This one was one of the better ones we've encountered, although we did have to ask the front desk for some dish soap! One night we had turkey burgers with bacon and cheddar cheese, and the second night Clint grilled up some strip steak for sandwiches.

As we've said before, we aren't kidding when we say we'll cook in any kitchen. If you want to invite us into yours, what are you waiting for?
