👋🏼Ok guys listen up...
We are officially closed for the year with the exception of us doing some unplanned, impromptu pop up cook events. We tried to hold off until June but with people ready for vacations and trips with families (both customers and employees) we feel like we need to shut down here for the year. We will be helping focus on our sister restaurant opening in Pocahontas and see to it it gets off the ground and running.
I did not have a chance to get oysters, make red beans and rice, jambalaya and even crawfish Mac n cheese. But my plan is to do some pop up events where I open with a lighter menu with options of the above mentioned. So there is a chance a couple times you may get some spicy crab legs or bayou bowl shrimp during off season!!!!
But as far as fresh live crawfish or cooked crawfish we won't be doing those. I urge you to reach out to people we are friends with and do business with and give them a try or drive over and check out our new place on Black River in Pocahontas. I know Cajun Bucks in Osceola AR, Delta Crawfish in paragould and jonesboro and ARKLA seafood in Saffell Ar will all be selling crawfish.
In the meantime we have more plans to make our own place a better experience for 2027. Including a wall of fame and a wall of not so much fame!! Some dedication spaces for special customers we have had ect....
We all thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making this little tin can building so special. Also thanks to my staff who run this place more often than not when im doing other things but mainly getting to play dad.
Now if you have been over revving your engine at us pull over and let it cool off. Life shouldn't be that serious. 😉😇
