🔥 AT WH***EY BRAVO, FRESH MEANS FRESH.
As the owner of Wh***ey Bravo, one thing I believe strongly in is serving fresh barbecue and fresh proteins whenever possible — not cutting corners just to make sure we never run out.
Every day, our team prepares a limited amount based on the demand we expect.
🥩 Our briskets and pulled pork are smoked overnight, low and slow.
🍖 Our ribs, chicken wings, and pork belly burnt ends are prepared fresh in-house each morning for the demand we expect.
🐟 Our catfish and chicken tenders are hand-breaded fresh — never pulled from a freezer already breaded and ready to drop.
That commitment also means something we want to be upfront about: sometimes we may sell out.
We are still a new restaurant, and we’re learning every week how much brisket, pork, ribs, catfish, chicken, and other favorites our community needs on any given day. Barbecue takes time. When a brisket that has been smoking for hours is gone, we can’t simply make another one in 15 minutes.
We apologize when you come in looking forward to something and we’ve sold out. We understand that can be frustrating.
But we’d rather occasionally tell you, “We’re sold out for today,” than lower our standards, reheat old barbecue, or stock lower-quality frozen products just to say we have it.
As we continue learning our volume, we’ll keep adjusting production so those sellouts happen less often.
Fresh food. Fresh barbecue. Made with care. That’s the standard we’re building at Wh***ey Bravo.
Thank you for your patience, feedback, and incredible support while we continue getting better every single week. We appreciate everyone who has walked through our doors and given this new local restaurant a chance. ❤️
