Hoy cerramos un capítulo muy importante de nuestras vidas.

Después de casi 9 años de trabajo, esfuerzo, sacrificios, alegrías y momentos inolvidables, la Taquería Don Juan cerró sus puertas por última vez este domingo.

Desde aquel 2017 en que comenzamos este sueño, jamás imaginamos todo lo que viviríamos juntos. Lo que empezó como un proyecto lleno de ilusiones se convirtió en un lugar donde compartimos sonrisas, celebraciones, conversaciones, amistades y, sobre todo, el amor por nuestra comida mexicana.

Gracias también a cada integrante de nuestro personal, quienes con su dedicación, compromiso y cariño ayudaron a construir nuestra historia, un agradecimiento desde todo mi corazón a Julia y a Rafa porque La Taquería Don Juan fue mucho más que un restaurante; fue nuestro hogar, nuestro proyecto de vida y un lugar donde tuvimos el privilegio de servir a una comunidad maravillosa.

Con la misma pasión que nos acompañó desde 2017, estamos preparando un nuevo concepto para seguir compartiendo lo mejor de nuestra gastronomía mexicana con nuestra comunidad de Clarksville, Indiana.

Próximamente abriremos las puertas de La Oficina, un restaurante completamente renovado, con una nueva imagen, nuevos colores, nuevos sabores, un nuevo menú y nuevos integrantes que se suman a este emocionante proyecto. Un concepto diferente, único y creado con el mismo amor y compromiso que siempre nos ha caracterizado.

Sabemos que los cambios pueden generar nostalgia, pero también creemos que son oportunidades para crecer, reinventarnos y ofrecer nuevas experiencias. Por eso esperamos contar nuevamente con su cariño, su confianza y el apoyo que durante tantos años nos brindaron bajo el nombre de Taquería Don Juan.

Hoy cerramos una puerta con el corazón lleno de gratitud, pero abrimos otra con la emoción de quien está listo para comenzar un nuevo capítulo.

La historia continúa.

Y esperamos que ustedes sigan siendo parte de ella.

Today we close a very important chapter of our lives.

After nearly 9 years of hard work, dedication, sacrifices, joys, and unforgettable moments, Taquería Don Juan closed its doors for the very last time this Sunday.

Since 2017, when we first began this dream, we never imagined everything we would experience together. What started as a project filled with hope and excitement became a place where we shared smiles, celebrations, conversations, friendships, and above all, a love for authentic Mexican food.

We would also like to thank every member of our staff, whose dedication, commitment, and kindness helped build our story. A special thank you from the bottom of my heart to Julia and Rafa. Taquería Don Juan was much more than a restaurant; it was our home, our life’s work, and a place where we had the privilege of serving an incredible community.

With the same passion that has guided us since 2017, we are now preparing a new concept to continue sharing the very best of Mexican cuisine with our community in Clarksville, Indiana.

Soon, we will open the doors of La Oficina, a completely renewed restaurant featuring a fresh new image, new colors, new flavors, a new menu, and new team members joining us on this exciting journey. It is a different and unique concept, created with the same love, dedication, and commitment that have always defined us.

We understand that change can bring nostalgia, but we also believe it creates opportunities to grow, reinvent ourselves, and offer new experiences. That is why we hope to once again receive the love, trust, and support that you have generously given us throughout the years under the name Taquería Don Juan.

Today we close one door with hearts full of gratitude, but we open another with the excitement of those ready to begin a new chapter.

The story continues.

And we hope you will continue to be a part of it.
