💜 I have guys working in just about every trade on my list today and your understanding is not only needed, but very much appreciated.

🩷 We are as excited to knock out your project as you are, but it won’t be at the expense of their health and safety.

💜 Please just BE KIND! We will work as quickly and efficiently as we can but if shorter work days ensure they are hydrated and rested for the next day then that’s what they deserve. They work HARD and this heat is physically exhausting and mentally draining. We kindly ask for you patience.
