Today, we’re stepping inside Exercise Class to see what they’re working on and why it matters!

✨ MOVEMENT MAKES US HAPPY! ✨

Our MAC clients got moving today in Exercise Class! We stretched, walked, pedaled our bikes, and even danced our way through the day!

Exercise is a great way to work on strength, balance, coordination, endurance, and healthy habits but most importantly, we believe movement should be FUN! ❤️

We love seeing our clients encouraging each other, trying new things, and showing off their moves! Keep moving, MAC! 🎉👏

Today our clients got to spend some time doing the things they love—dancing, painting, crafting, sewing, puzzles and of course, spending time together! 🥰

From creating something new to learning new skills, our clubs give our clients a chance to express themselves, explore their interests, build confidence, and have FUN! 💙⭐️

We love seeing their personalities shine through in everything they create and do!

🍁Fall is on its way! 🍁

Our Daily Living and Social Community classes came together for a fun fall activity. Making puff paint pumpkins! 🧡

Activities like this are about more than just making something cute. They give our clients opportunities to practice important skills such as fine motor coordination, hand strength, following directions, making choices, creativity, and attention to a task. They also encourage social interaction, communication, cooperation, and working alongside others while having a little fun!

We love finding creative ways to turn everyday activities into opportunities for learning, connection, and independence. 🍁🧡
