At Shelby’s Trio, we are proud to be part of the Clarksville community, a community built on service, sacrifice, strength, and looking out for one another.

Today, from all three floors of Shelby’s Trio, we honor our first responders, military members, veterans, and every American who showed courage in one of our nation’s darkest moments.

For decades, Cathi Maynard held on to a dream: to open a restaurant that felt like an extension of her own home. In 2023, that lifelong dream became a reality with the opening of Shelby’s Trio in downtown Clarksville, a city Cathi loved dearly. Standing at the very heart of this tri-level culinary destination is Trattoria di Cat, the elegant second-floor Italian steakhouse proudly named in her honor.
