‼️NOTICE‼️ For five months we have been getting many chargebacks. Our last day in Clarksville was New Year’s Eve. Filing chargebacks with your bank in May is diabolical. Filing chargebacks is also stupid when I can take your information from the receipt to CPD for T.C.A. 39-14-104 - Theft of services
A person commits theft of services if they intentionally obtain services by “deception, fraud, false statement, false pretense or any other means to avoid payment,” including restaurant services.

My letter to CPD: I am reporting suspected theft of services/chargeback fraud under T.C.A. 39-14-104. The customer received restaurant food/service in 2025, then months later filed a false chargeback claiming goods/services were not as described, causing my business to lose the payment after the service was already provided. Our location closed 12/31/25, and these disputes are being filed in May 2026 for prior completed restaurant transactions.
