We will be baking this weekend off our fundraising menu for the Belleville Humane Society. It's not too late to get some of these fun goodies for a great cause! Let us know what you'd like below by Saturday(3/21) and we can have it ready Sunday(3/22) for pick up! We are still hoping to meet our $200 donation goal!

You don't not want to miss out on Cat Butt Buns! We hope you share our sense of humor because to us these are hilarious! These buns feature super soft, fluffy Japanese Milk Bread dough and are filled with chocolate ganache. Once they cool we decorate them with colored melted chocolate. Give the buns a little squeeze and the ganache comes out looking like...well...you know! Gross or not, these are absolutely delicious! Get yours below!

Kicking off our BAHS menu with mini kitty litter cakes! Don't let the appearance fool you! Underneath the cake crumb "litter" is sweet vanilla buttercream and your choice of fluffy chocolate or vanilla cake! Each cake comes with a plastic shovel spoon so you can dig in! Orders can be placed below!

We will be raising money for the Belleville Area Humane Society all through March! 50% of our sales off this menu will be going to BAHS. We love animals and the work that this shelter does to help them! Our goal is to raise $200 for them, but of course, surpassing that would be amazing! Ordering can be done below and we do need 72 hours notice for orders. We are hoping to do a pop up sale with this menu as well, so if anyone has ideas of where we could set up, let us know!

Why is baking so much fun? Sometimes the best things are born out of trying to use leftover ingredients from other recipes! We had some extra filo/phyllo dough so we made salted caramel nut baklava and portokalopita. Portokalopita is made with dried filo sheets mixed into an orange flavored batter then soaked with a sweet syrup once it's baked. It has a really unique and fun texture both in appearance and taste! We also had pistachio halva on hand which is a middle eastern sweet that's kind of like a crumbly fudge. This got chopped and mixed into a honey sugar cookie dough to make honey halva cookies. They are are the perfect mix of cakey and chewy. Now we have to figure out what to do with all of it😅😅
