Strawberry Sunset Spritz

Ingredients

* 2 oz vodka
* 1 oz fresh lime juice
* 1 oz strawberry puree
* ½ oz simple syrup
* 3 oz sparkling water
* Sister Fire Salt Co. Strawberry Finishing Salt for the rim
* Fresh strawberry and basil leaf garnish

Directions

1. Rim a wine glass or large stemmed cocktail glass with lime and dip into Strawberry Finishing Salt.
2. Fill glass with ice.
3. Add vodka, lime juice, strawberry puree, and simple syrup.
4. Stir gently.
5. Top with sparkling water.
6. Garnish with a strawberry slice and basil leaf.
