So it really awesome Coffee Head/customer recently took a trip to Paris, and wouldn’t you know it, he found a really awesome coffee shop and spent a lot of time talking coffee to a Parisian barista rockstar at .. owned and operated by none other than the world renowned Barista, Coffee roaster, and Q-grader, Joachim Marceau.

… and he brought me this absolutely amazing Ethiopian, roasted to incredible precision.. we really do have the best customers in the freaking world! af

This Mocha absolutely SLAYS any other version we’ve done.. especially since we stole ‘s secret … well, technically, they gave it to us.. but it’s more fun to say we stole it.

We don’t steal, copy, or chase trends .. we just get inspired and let the creative process guide us on another day..

Also.. Them cowboy folks are deep in the buildout for their spankin’ new coffee shop in downtown WB.. best give them a follow if you haven’t already.

Anybody who really knows me, knows that I’m really a tornado of chaos .. and in my incredibly intelligent and very observant moments of the day, I decided to omit the decanter while extracting cold brew, which resulted in a full-fledged artistic masterpiece soaking up my wallpaper …. But lucky for all of us, I also have an amazing wife and partner who has this incredible ability to intuit how to fix my mistakes.

Here’s to a surprise remodel :) ..
