💜 Donio’s had a star in the making
I call these Strombolis Mira-Boli’s! Why?!
So back in high school when I worked at a place called Donio’s Pizza (now Gio’s Pizza Co. ), my boss let me create ac daily special for those boli.
It was based on the legendary stromboli served in Lackawanna Trail High School cafeteria. Inside is a blend of mozzarella and american cheeses, ham, salami, and pepperoni. It’s a gooey delicious combination!
So, my last name being Mirabelli, we called it the Mira-Boli! I don’t remember selling many, but i was honored he let me put it on the special board!
