Happy Sunday morning yall!!! It's been an amazing weekend here and we've had trouble keeping up!! Thank yall for coming to see us and all the pre orders helped so much!!! Quick update on what we have left. Today we have 40 pounds of pork and 10 pounds of brisket for today. We've ran out of ribs until 2 today well have 9 more racks. Wings, chicken beasts and sides were still good on we should not run out. Jess still has 6 Keylime pies left. Were happy to save anything for yall and we'll cook to order for the wings if yall can give us an hour. Thank yall again we hope yall have had a great weekend!!!

Happy Friday yall!!! We wanted to give yall an update on our available food left for today and tomorrow. We've had a lot of very big orders come in this week so we're running a little low. We have around 50 pounds of pork left, 6 racks of ribs and 20 pounds of brisket. Well have plenty of everything else. We've got both smokers fired up and cooking as hard as we can! We will answer any calls when we can and we'll definitely call yall back if you leave a message. Yall are welcome to leave any messages here as well. Thank yall for all the pre-orders it helps us so much!!! Well have a new batch of food Sunday!!! Yall have a happy memorial day weekend!!! Thank yall!!!

Good morning yall!! It has been an amazing weekend!!! Yall have been so great!! It's been summertime busy for us this weekend and it's been a little hard for Jess and me to keep up. We sold all the ribs we had for today yesterday evening. We woke up early and started a 9 new racks but they won't be done until around 1:30 today. We've also ran out of slaw for the weekend. Good news is we still have plenty of pulled pork and brisket!!! A new batch of wings and chicken breasts will be ready at 11!! Thank yall for an amazing weekend we hope yall enjoy the beautiful weather!!!

First smoke of 2026!! Everything came off perfect! The butts and brisket are wrapped in foil so there's no way to get a good picture but they were perfect as well!!! Hope yall are ready for an amazing summer!!! The weather is getting warm!!!

Yall we have sold out!!! We can not tell yall how much this meant to us!!! We have raised over $3000 in under 5 hours!!! Thats just what weve sold today. I know so many of yall have donated directly to venmo. Yall have really rallied around us in hard times and we really want yall to know how greatful we are. This is going to help jason and jackie so much. We have teared up to many times today to count. Yalls words have been so thoughtful and sincere. From the bottoms of our heart thank yall so much. This will not be forgotton!!! Yall have a great winter we will see yall next Easter!!!
