You know, Wednesday is kind of your favorite day now too.

When I started doing wings, I started with one case and a couple sauces. Always with the goal to run out, never freeze them. We have a semi functional POS, par level prep is a breeze.

We've now increased to FIVE cases of wings a week to run out.

A cornucopia of sauces, from lots of local producers like Fat Plate BBQ and Steve’s Bees. We have a local farm bringing us some secret BBQ sauce as we speak.

Celery, Rainbow Carrots, Cheese Plates, and Fresh Baked Bread are part of the whole shebang now????

And let's not forget about the Loomis Ranch.

Now.

You pair that with a Guinness or Blue Moon (or a Black and Blue!) or one of our $1 drafts, a little free jukebox music. The kids are playing pool, not asking for quarters because it's free today too.

LOTS of families come in to eat.

Big Caters this morning. We're reupping the Spinach Artichoke Dip. The fresh baked bread was the key. That's a supply and demand thing, and we've got it locked in, that item is taking off big time.

Lower Bar is booked for the evening, the patio will be open.

I have 2 pints of ranch left to sell, the other 2 are reserved. One is for Lisa Gesin. She's pumped.

It's everyone's favorite day!

With the kids coming back next week, and our biggest pizza order in Loomis history coming up, we are busy busy busy.

A huge thank you to the Staff of the Wildcats Football organization. ❤️💪

The Lower Bar bookings have exploded. I think the word getting out that it's nice and clean and classy down there is getting out, plus the patio weather is ideal, and the jack hammering really reminds you of an authentic college hangover!
