Just a note to tell you all about our Low Country Shrimp Boil popping up at your local Daddy's Main Street tomorrow night. This is the dinner. Cole slaw, boiled red potatoes, corn on cob, one full pound of Old Bay and Beer Steamed Shrimp. Butter and Cocktail. Probably enough for two normal appetites. Personally I would eat 2 myself. Price just $16.99. Starts 3 pm after Erin leaves the building. lol....
Tomorrow I know that Darren has a brisket in the oven, and there is always magic surrounding that event. Also count on a Reuben, Cheesesteak, Patty Melt, Gyro, Meatball sandwich (Dad's homemade meatballs!), La Plancha Chicken Tacos, Grilled Salmon, and pasta carbonara. And don't forget the Shrimp popping up at 3 pm. See ya soon.......dana

A great day at the shoppe today. Lots of Korean Roast chicken bowls for sure. Don't forget about our Chesapeake Shrimp Boil on Thursday from 3 to 7. Old Bay shrimp, corn on cob, red potatoes, Summer sausage, and Sweet coleslaw for one great price. Wednesday Menu is a banger. Follow along if you'd like.

Well we made it through our catering projects this weekend. I think we did a very good job, all our staff a bit tired by Today. A great menu developing for the week. Here is a bit about Tuesday. Here goes.

Louisiana Gumbo with fried shrimp and potato salad.
Grilled Reuben.
SmashBurger.
Pulled Pork BBQ Loaded Potato or Quesadilla. Not sure which?
Shredded Pot Roast Cheesesteak.
Bonzai Roast Korean Chicken Noodle Broth.
Pittsburgh Fish Sandwich.
Grilled Salmon.
Gyro.
Pittsburgh Grilled chicken salad.

New batch of Baked Gobs and Oatmeal Gobs coming in Tuesday. Plus on Thursday afternoon evening we will be running a special Low Country Boil Shrimp Dinner. Shrimp, potatoes, corn, tater salad, Old Baye butter. Seafood eaters take note. Crab legs still at 11 dollars a pound. Shrimp best option right now.

In my list of great employees I forgot to mention "my Jinny". Jenny keeps the whole shop organized. From prep, to cleaning, to customer orders, to truck orders and putting hundreds of pieces of deliveries away. She is a cheerleader, a food taster, helps me with ordering, a wonderkind for sure. I was just telling her this morning how much I depend on her and appreciate her then I forgot to give her a shoutout. Shows my level of burnout that I was describing. Sorry Jeniah..........boss

Wow, but the cater season has been a banger so far. I've been spending less time at the shoppe and more time in cater paper work than I ever remember. It takes me a bit longer now to do the jobs than it used to. Wonder why?.....LOL....Thanks to my crew Darren, Chef Erin, Kathye, Dustin, Thayden and Ariana for keeping the homefires burning while I do my thing. Darren and the black sheep crew have a great menu planned for tomorrow. Here goes.
