Due to growth and advancement within our company, several positions are becoming available. We are currently restructuring to create more full-time opportunities and have had to minimize part-time positions in several areas.

We are a high-paced, high-standard restaurant looking for dependable, hardworking team members with flexible availability.

CURRENT OPEN POSITIONS:

🍽️ EXPERIENCED SERVERS (2–3 Positions Available)
Requirements:
✔ ABLE Commission Liquor License
✔ ServSafe Alcohol/Liquid Liability Certificate
✔ Food Handler’s Card
✔ Flexible Availability

Unfortunately, we do not hire servers without experience due to the high standards and requirements of this position.

Applicants without serving experience must complete our 30-day training program beginning as a hostess and/or food runner before advancing into a serving position.

FULL-TIME DAY SERVER:
• 9 AM – 4 PM daytime shifts
• Some weekend split shifts required
• Averaging 35–40 hours weekly

PART-TIME WEEKEND SERVER:
• Friday, Saturday & Sunday only
• Weekend availability is mandatory

🙋 HOST / HOSTESS POSITIONS
• 1 Full-Time Position
• 1 Part-Time Position

These are entry-level positions and are often the starting point for advancement within our restaurant.

🥐 BISCUIT / PREP POSITION (PART-TIME)
• Entry-level position
• Prep experience preferred
• Pay depends on experience

If you have strong prep or kitchen experience, compensation will be based on your skill level and background.

ABOUT OUR SCHEDULE:
We are open Wednesday through Sunday. Mondays and Tuesdays serve as our “weekend/off days” for full-time staff.

✔ Split shifts are required for employees seeking full-time hours (35–40 hours weekly).
✔ Weekend availability is mandatory for all part-time positions.

We are up and going!

Be patient on the biscuits!

Oh man! Thank you to most of our customers for being extremely understanding during our equipment failure around 2 PM today.

We lost TWO pieces of equipment on a Friday, which put us completely out of commission on grilled foods and oven items for part of the day. We were scrambling trying to get a new flat top before dinner service and thankfully were able to make that happen, but unfortunately I am still down an oven.

I truly apologize if anyone’s evening was affected or if your plans were disrupted. Please know we did everything we could to accommodate everyone while dealing with the situation.

Running a restaurant sometimes means handling chaos in real time, and today definitely tested us. We’ll recoup, regroup, and be back stronger tomorrow.

At this point I need a GoFundMe for restaurant equipment survival… 😂😭

Hello Gibby Family!

We wanted to let everyone know that with our new menu update, some pricing changes have been made. We have not done a menu increase since 2020, and while some items did go up, we also lowered the prices on several items and added some exciting new dishes.

Unfortunately, with the continued increase in food costs, supplies, utilities, and operating expenses, we had to make some adjustments to keep bringing you the quality and portions you expect from us. One thing we did NOT do is shrink portions. Our portions are still generous, and in some cases even larger than before.

We have also rolled the 3.99% card processing fee into the menu pricing so our servers no longer have to deal with uncomfortable conversations regarding convenience fees. Guests paying cash will now receive a cash discount off the menu price.

We truly appreciate your understanding and support of our small business. We know price increases are never fun, and we don’t take those decisions lightly. We love serving this community and want to continue bringing you the same homemade Southern and Cajun food you’ve supported for years.

Also, when viewing menus online or on Facebook, please pay attention to the date on the photo or post. That is one reason we try not to permanently post menus with pricing, because market costs can change and menus may become outdated.

Thank you all for continuing to support us through the years. We appreciate every single one of you more than you know.

PS DO NOT PARK IN THE WILL ROGERS LOFT APARTMENTS PARKING LOT. They are very quick to tow anyone without the courtesy of letting us know. So please park anywhere but in that gated area.
