A Farewell and Thank You from J Farleys Pub
To Our Friends, Family, Patrons, and Community,
After eight incredible years, it is with heavy hearts that we announce that today at close of business will be the final day of business for J Farleys Pub.
What began as a dream grew into so much more than a pub. Over the years, J Farleys became a gathering place where friendships were formed, memories were made, celebrations were shared, and strangers became family. We have had the privilege of being part of countless moments—birthdays, anniversaries, victories, holidays, reunions, and even life's more difficult times. The love, loyalty, and support from this community have meant more to us than words can ever express.
We are especially grateful for the many friendships and connections that were created within these walls. We've watched lifelong bonds form, witnessed countless friendships blossom, and even had the honor of seeing love stories begin that led to lasting relationships and marriages. Knowing that J Farleys played a small part in bringing people together is something we will always cherish.
Throughout our journey, we have been proud to stand for something bigger than ourselves. We have honored and remembered loved ones who inspired us, especially Captain Jason Farley, whose legacy has been woven into the heart and spirit of this establishment. We also remember the many others we lost along the way, carrying their memories with us and striving every day to represent them with pride, respect, and love.
To our past and present employees: thank you. Your hard work, dedication, loyalty, and heart made J Farleys what it was. You were never just staff—you were family. The friendships forged behind the bar, in the kitchen, and throughout the years are among our most treasured memories.
As we close this chapter, we find ourselves reflecting on every laugh shared across the bar, every tear shed among friends, every toast raised in celebration, remembrance, and hope. Those moments are the true legacy of J Farleys Pub, and they will remain with us forever.
