Gluten-Friendly Options at The Barn Cafe!

We love being able to offer gluten-free options for our guests! While we do our absolute best to accommodate dietary preferences, we want to be fully transparent: we are not a certified gluten-free or celiac-safe facility.

Because we handle wheat flour and bread in our small kitchen, there is always a baseline risk of cross-contamination.

To keep you safe, our team always wears fresh gloves to build every order. We take extra care by minimizing contact with regular prep areas as much as our small space allows, and we slice fresh veggies for orders designated as celiac. This is done ASAP, but during a rush we cannot back up other orders to do this. We will break away as soon as possible, cut fresh veggies, and make your order to make things as safe as we can for you :)

However, if you have severe celiac disease or a highly sensitive allergy, please use your best judgment when dining with us.
