Uno Tre Otto is delighted to welcome Marco Irato, owner of Tradizione Imports in New York, for an intimate Sicilian wine dinner.
Join us on March 6 at 6:00 PM for a family-style rooftop experience as we explore the wines of Sicily. Marco will guide us through eight distinctive Sicilian wines from his portfolio, sharing the stories and magic of the island along the way.
The dinner will be held on our rooftop, so please dress comfortably for outdoor seating. We’ll have plenty of heaters to keep you warm and cozy.

• Price: $150 per person

From sunrise to sunset……
This weekend, we are proud to showcase the unique transition of our winter garden. During the colder months, our garden beds are densely packed with young seedlings. To ensure a healthy harvest later in the season, we carefully thin these plants to their ideal spacing, transplanting what we can throughout our beds.

The result of this meticulous garden work is a surplus of incredibly tender, nutrient-dense greens that we’ve harvested specifically for this special dish.

The Winter Salad:
A delicate blend of Broccoli, Red Cabbage, and Collard Greens served with a Roasted-Shallot Meyer-Lemon Vinaigrette, Humboldt Fog Goat Cheese, Radishes, and Winter Violas: Edible blooms from our garden adding a splash of seasonal color.

This salad represents a snapshot of the garden’s life cycle—sustainable, fresh, and truly delectable.

Last Thursday, we had the pleasure of hosting Kassian from Manincor for a special evening on our rooftop. Over a five course dinner, he guided guests through the story and soul of his biodynamic wines, each thoughtfully paired with dishes from our kitchen.
