The days are getting longer, the light a little warmer, and our kitchen is still doing what it loves most—cooking everything from scratch.

Our Calamares con Chorizo is one of those dishes that feels like home: tender squid stuffed with chorizo, simmered in a rich homemade tomato sauce, finished simply and meant to be enjoyed slowly.
