It’s a bittersweet day for me, my daughter Chloe Weissend leaves for an internship she took on Mackinaw Island for the summer for her major at CMU! I can’t begin to describe how incredibly proud I am of her, excited, happy…and sad. Sad that I won’t get to see her every week, it’s been a blessing to work and share this business with her! I know she’s nervous…but I also know once she settles in she’ll kill it! I love you ❤️ babe!!

In support of Clare Pride Day (Earth Day weds Apr. 22nd) we will be bbqing in the backyard of the restaurant and feeding all the student volunteers that come help tidy up! As well, we will be open to the public 11am-5pm serving smoked pulled pork, smoked chicken legs, smoked MAC, smoked beans & slaw!! We will be donating 25% of what we make for the day to the Clare Senior Class, Thank you 🙏
