Our staff has been busy!

The elves here at the bakery have been packing up bread, cupcake, and other staple mixes to help soften the blow of our absence. We've also gone through the shop to find items we no longer need but might be good for your home. So come rummage though our things, pick up something you didn't know you needed, and say goodbye to us. We've also got a few baked goods we've whipped up!

And finally, we want to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. We will miss you. I recently spoke with Melissa, the owner of Blue Moon Bakery, and we agree that gluten free people are the nicest people! (Please check out her bakery! She does drop offs all over the metro area and her donuts are to die for!)

We've enjoyed serving delicious gluten free food to you for nearly a decade, but all good things must come to a close

COVID has been hard on this little business and its owners. We have run out of resources, so its time to say goodbye. We have made a lot of friends and will miss you terribly!

Tomorrow, Friday, July 22nd will be our last day of full service baked goods and ready to eat foods. We will be closed on Saturday, July 23rd so we can package up some mixes for you to bake at home. We will have some bread mixes and cake mixes as well as the other premixed flours that we normally produce, like pancake mix. We will reopen one final day on Sunday, July 24th from 9am to 2pm. Stay tuned for more details on Sunday's sale. For now, we have made A LOT of baked goods so you can stock up. Come see us! We would love to see you and say goodbye.
