📍 Citrus & Marion Counties, Florida
Sugar & Luxe Bakery is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced sales professional to take the lead on business development while our bakery team focuses on production and fulfillment.
We need someone who can prospect, open doors, build relationships, close business, and develop repeat accounts.
This is not a flyer-dropping position.
WHAT YOU’LL BE SELLING
Sugar & Luxe works with businesses, offices, events, and local customers through:
🥐 Office breakfast programs
🍪 Custom logo cookies & edible marketing
🎁 Client gifts & cookie cards
🍫 Office dessert and treat orders
🎉 Corporate & special-event orders
🍓 Specialty bakery products, pastries, rolls, muffins, jams & preserves
Potential customers include real estate offices, title and mortgage companies, insurance agencies, dealerships, medical and dental offices, salons, law offices, property managers, event professionals, and other businesses throughout Citrus and Marion Counties.

Experience in B2B sales, outside sales, account development, hospitality, food service, promotional products, or local business development is a plus.
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE
This role offers a flexible schedule built around prospecting, business visits, networking, follow-up, and account development.
The position may begin part-time or develop into full-time based on performance, demand, and fit.
CRM & SALES TRACKING
A CRM will be used to track leads, contacts, follow-ups, quotes, opportunities, and closed business so nothing falls through the cracks and the sales pipeline stays organized.
COMPENSATION
A base + commission or commission-based structure will be discussed based on role arrangement, experience, and fit.
We want compensation to reflect performance.
If you can consistently bring profitable business through the door and help scale Sugar & Luxe, there is significant room for this role to grow.
Because this position is being created early in our expansion, the right person will also have the opportunity to help shape our sales process and potentially grow into a larger business-development or sales leadership role over time.
