We’d like to officially announce that our food truck is open! We will be at 7130 Auburn Blvd Tuesday - Sunday 10 am - 6:30 pm. The menu is limited for now but we will slowly begin to add more items as we get the hang of things here. The goal is to find a new building but we will be here in the meantime. We hope to see you soon. 💚

We’d like to thank everyone that came to our event. RODS & MODS Car Shows and Events came to us with a wonderful opportunity and we are forever grateful for Chris’ support to us and the community. We loved seeing your amazing rides and are grateful you spent the evening with us !

Your support means the world to us. Your kind words and frequent visits have really kept us going. We are continuing to work hard and may even have an update on our next steps very soon !

Our last day open in this building is September 22nd 8am - 4pm

It is with a heavy heart that we announce that Gilberto’s Tacos will be closing its doors for the last time on September 22, 2024

We were notified by our landlord that they have accepted an offer to sell the property and we have been instructed to vacate the premises.

It has been a pleasure to serve our customers these past 8 years. We’d like to thank everyone for supporting us throughout these years. With such short notice we are unsure of the future. If any news is to come we will keep you posted on here.

Again thank you for all your support and we hope to someday see you in the future.
