Its another beautiful Saturday morning at the Sunrise Mall Farmers Market 😊

It’s just me this weekend… my son Ben made it to Texas safe 👍 I’ll definitely miss him very much!! 😢

I’m here every Saturday morning from 8a-1p and every Sunday at the Mahany Park Farmers Market in Roseville from 9a-1p.

I do have plenty of seats available for both my mushroom growing classes next week 😊

It’s going to be an emotional & fun weekend, my son Benjamin is moving to Texas on Tuesday but I get his help one last weekend before he leaves 😍

Team MushyLove is downtown at the Capitol Mall Farmers Market 😋

It’s a beautiful morning in downtown Sacramento and I have my son Benjamin with me 😍 I’m in my happy place!! 🤗

I’m trying to enjoy as much time with Ben because he’s moving to Texas next week 😢

He’ll be helping me this weekend at both farmers markets, Sunrise Mall on Saturday and Mahany Park in Roseville on Sunday.

Come learn all about all the amazing benefits of mushrooms and how to grow them at home all year round. Grow your own food & medicine at home. “If you grow it, you know it!” 🤗

MushyLove mushroom growing classes are in person and very hands. Gourmet mushroom class includes 2 teaching sessions and medicinal class includes 3 teaching sessions.

You will grow over $300 of gourmet mushrooms from taking the gourmet mushroom class!

Cost is $89 per person for the gourmet mushroom class.
