Crew Members at Five Guys learn valuable new skills that can help them develop a career for their future. Five Guys Burgers and Fries is one of America's most successful burger concepts and we're looking for qualified individuals who have a high level of energy. The Hourly Shift Manager’s primary and perhaps most important role is to train and coach. You will also be expected to effectively and efficiently assist in the management of the restaurant within the policies and guidelines of the Company to ensure guest satisfaction, safe food handling, profit maximization and development of high performing work teams consisting of a General Manager, assistant manager, shift managers and team members. Duties may include but not limited to: training new hires, administering action plans and regular cleaning assignments, opening or closing the store, cash control, food cost and labor management, inventory, and product ordering. This position reports directly to the General Manager.

Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience working in a service industry and a high school diploma. Previous role as a supervisor is required. Reliable transportation is also required. Thanks in advance for your interest in Five Guys and we look forward to taking the next step with you.
