☕ ZIQR’s Chai-Tini: Few flavors evoke the warmth and nostalgia of India quite like chai. Captain Morgan’s Spiced Rum meets ZIQR Masala Chai, chai syrup, cream and warming spice in our cocktail interpretation of the beloved ritual of sharing a cup of chai. Cozy, nostalgic and made for fall! 🤎🧡

🌶️ Mirchi Margarita: Mirchi means chili and this cocktail brings the heat! 🔥🚨 Jose Cuervo Tequila, Ziqr’s homemade Jalapeño jam, mint chutney, citrus, lime and Triple Sec transform a familiar margarita with the sweet, spicy and tangy flavors woven throughout Indian cuisine! Meet Kanya’s Royal Elixir, a September cocktail special created by ZIQR Manager Roshini Susarla, the creative mind behind ZIQR’s signature cocktail concepts and a Virgo herself! She created this special cocktail as a celebration of her season and all the Virgos in our community!

In Sanskrit, Kanyā (कन्या) means maiden and is traditionally associated with Virgo (Kanya Rashi) in Vedic astrology ♍️ A name that perfectly captures the spirit of this elegant, detail driven creation.
Kanya’s Royal Elixir blends Empress Gin, Elderflower Liqueur, Lavender, Lychee, Pomegranate, Lime, Mint and Cucumber, topped with your choice of La Marca Prosecco or Rosé and finished with an edible flower and a touch of glitter! 🍹🪻✨

Kali Mirch (काली मिर्च) means black pepper in Hindi, but its story reaches far beyond the spice cabinet. Native to India’s Malabar Coast, black pepper was once one of the world’s most prized commodities, traveling ancient trade routes from India to distant civilizations and helping shape the global spice trade. Long before chili peppers arrived in India from the Americas, kali mirch provided the warmth, depth and unmistakable bite found throughout Indian cooking! 🖤🇮🇳🌶️

Our Kali Mirch Shrimp Alfredo beautifully blends together our succulent tandoori shrimp, onions and bell peppers with a rich, creamy black pepper Alfredo sauce, infused with our House aromatic spices, and finished with Parmesan cheese and microgreens.
